Taking on Team Flare

I walked in and talked to the waiter to see what I could find out.  Jerk told me to get out and challenged me to a battle.  This Grunt had a Scrafty, so I used Headbutt to make him flinch so I could use it once again, and the same thing happened again until he passed out.  After I beat him he was worried that I would find out the password to the hidden door in the cafe and he said it "open sesame".  This guy is a fool.  I then walked to the back of the cafe and found out today's special is SCRAM-ble (wonder what that is).  Oh well I was challenged by another Grunt.  She sent out a Liepard and I used Headbutt and made her flinch.  Then I used Slash to finish her out.  She tells me that there's a hidden door to Lysandre Labs.  Hey look, the cabinet behind her has a secret passage behind it.

This door entered Lysandre Labs.  And looks at that it is the man himself, Lysandre.  He then Challenged me and first sent out a Mienfoo.  I used Rock Smash on him and then was taken out with a High Jump Kick.  So I switched to Talonflame and used Peck to take him out.  His next move was sending out Gyarados, so then I sent out Raichu and used Thunder to take him out after I revived my Linoone.  Third up was Pyroar so I switched to Greninja and blasted him away with Water Pulse.  Finally we get to Murkrow, so I again brought my Raichu out and finished the battle with Thunderbolt.  After beating me he tells me that he had planned to save everyone but the world was just too vast and too full of fools.  So then the only way he could save the world was to take it all for himself.  I have to stop the ultimate weapon, but in order to do so I have to explore the lab.  So I need to find an elevator key in order to move on.

Well, it looks like the only way to go is to the left.  So I spun out of control and went up to run into a Grunt with a Swalot.  I used Headbutt twice than Slash to take her out.  Look like the only way to go is to step in the teleport.  This brings me in front of Aliana (the one from the power plant).  She takes me on with Mightyena so I used Headbutt two times and Slash to take her out.  Next up was Druddigon with a Headbutt and a Rock Smash I figured to change Pokemon, so I switched to Sligoo and used Dragon Pulse and took her out (just barely).  Dang she did not have a key, so useless of a person.  Which one to step on?  I chose the left and and went up.  Moving up some more I ran into a Grunt with a Swalot.  Two Headbutts and then Liepard was sent out.  This one only took one Headbutt to be taken out.  Let's see what is on the other side of this door.  It's those two people in them masks.  They are looking for that giant of a man that I saw outside of Lumiose City, seems like Team Flare is also trying to find him.  Oh, nice after buy a whole bunch of Revives they give me some.  Back out I spin to the right and then down.  Then I went through the door on the left and ran into another Grunt that was so nice that she just gave me TM12 Taunt.  There was also an item ball with Revive in it.  So heading back to the right I am challenged by a Grunt with a Liepard.  I had Linoone use Headbutt to take him out and then we moved onto Mightyena.  I was running low on Headbutt so I used Rock Smash and just about took him out.  One more Rock Smash took him out.  Heading to the right some more is another Grunt with Houndoom.  I used Rock smash on him twice to take him out and then he threw Toxicroak out at me.  I switched to Talonflame and used Peck to finish the battle.  I made the mistake of going down and ended up going back a ways.  After I made my way back I then continued on to the right.  After a lot of dizzying spins I finally stopped and became challenged by another Grunt with a Manectric.  I used Strength and ended up taking her out to bring out Scrafty.  I then used Rock Smash two times and Slash to take her out.

In the room north of the Grunt looks to be occupied by two people.  Sorry I did not mean to intrude, but I think it is time for another battle with you too.  How rude, I remember who they are, but they don't remember me.  I shall take out Celosia first with her Manectric.  One Strength to take her out.  Up next was Drapion, oh my what an ugly beast.  First thing I did was cure my Linoone of Paralysis and then tried Strength out to very much too luck.  I figured then after getting hit once and almost dyeing that I should switch to Talonflame and used Fly.  I only got him to about half way down with that so then I tried Flame Charge and didn't do much better.  One more Fly and I finished the fight.  Oh now Bryony challenged me (no time to rest up my Pokemon).  First up was Liepard, dang thing used Sucker Punch and took me out so then I took out Blaziken and used Sky Uppercut to show her who's boss.  I kept my Blaziken out, used revive on Linoone and finished the battle with Sky Uppercut.  Since beating them they tell me everything they know.  They have been using the energy to get everything prepared for activating the ultimate weapon.  And they need energy absorbed from Pokemon to power the device.  The stones on Route 10 are graves of Pokemon.  Now I have to go down one of those paths back out that door.  I took the left one and made my way around to a teleporter and found an item ball with Black Glasses.  Above is a Grunt with Mightyena after using Rock Smash two time he went down.  Next up was Toxicroak so I switched to Blaziken and finished the battle with Sky Uppercut.  In the teleporter and through the next door.

In there I found an item ball with a Rare Candy, yay.  Okay, so I was here already.  Now I must work my way back to over there.  Alright back to the area south of the door where I beat those two, I took the right path this time and entered a teleporter and got the item ball that I kept seeing, in it was a Hyper Potion.  Teleporting back I went down the left one and circled around back to the teleporter.  So then I went down the right one after that.  Running to the right (left is the entrance) I ran into another Grunt with a Golbat this time.  I used Strength and then Slash to take him out.  Stepping into this teleport leads me to another Grunt with a Toxicroak.  I switched to Blaziken and used Peck to take her out.  Next up was Liepard and one Sky Uppercut later the battle was finished.

I headed right towards the next door (can't go up and down circles back around).  In here I am challenged by Mable and up first was Houndoom.  I tried out Strength and ended up taking her out.  Up next was Weavile so then I switched to Talonflame and used Flame Charge to quickly finish the battle.  Nice she gives me the Elevator Key, it is about time.  So then I made my way towards the entrance and went into the elevator.

After a jog to the left I meet up with my pall Lysandre and some the Giant.  Sound like he has something to say.  This man is old, from the war it sounds.  His goal was to bring his beloved Pokemon back that was lost during the war and he did.  Since he could not forgive mankind he turned this machine that gave life into the ultimate weapon.  He ended the war.  The Pokemon that he brought back left him because it must have known that he took lives of many to bring it back.  He tells me to get the key back.  Lysandre headed towards his office.  So I headed back to the elevator and went down another level.

Now who is this new figure?  I guess I have to battle him and the decision of will be left on if I beat him or not.  Sound like a creep, wanting to do research on me.  Xerosic is his name and taking him out is my game.  First up was Crobat I used Strength and got him down to about half HP, so then I used Strength one more time to take him out.  Next up was Malamar, I tried out Strength on him and found it to do pretty good, but dang one of his moves was super effective on me.  So then I decided it may be safer to bring out Greninja, nope totally wrong, it is not a good idea to switch while he is using that move.  So I tried out Surf and a good thing that took him out.  Ok, so I must push one of the buttons, but I don't know which one is the one not to eliminate all of the humans.  I guess the blue button was the correct one, but this jerk said that he is still going to activate the ultimate weapon (I wonder why this is not capitalized, isn't it the name of the weapon?).

Oh man, that things looks very dangerous.  Hopefully they miscalculated and it doesn't work.  Oh no, the weapon is reborn (I guess it is supposed to just plop down and look dead).  Since this guy keeps mentioning Geosenge Town I shall Fly there and figure out what is what.

Join me next time as I try to take this thing out.

Day 20 Borderlands 2 Loot Hunt

Oh no not Saturn, I remember this guy was hard to take down in the first and the second play through.  Now I must take him out again.  Oh jeeze.  This guy can be found in the Arid Nexus-Badlands.  I remember the first time I went here and had this eerie feeling that I had been here before.  Then I remembered, this is the very first area of Borderlands.  Oh how great nostalgia is.  So to take him out I fast traveled to the Arid Nexus-Badlands and made my way to the other side of this area.  Taking out Skaggs and Junk Loaders on the way over to build up my stacks so hopefully it will be a quick battle.  Then I made it to the other side and here comes Saturn.  I took a few shots at him with my piston just waiting for him to get a little bit closer.  Then I took out my Creamer and laid waste to him.  I picked up my Morningstart and said see you later.

In this day the community goal is to lay waste to 40k Hyperion Snipers.  I believe there are a few up above Saturn so I travel around up there a bit.

By the way I still have yet to receive credit for day 1.  So annoying.

My Two Hours of Pokemon Today

So today I played for a whole two hours but did not progress at all.  Why you may ask, because all I did was run around in areas that I already ran around to run into wild Pokemon so I could catch some more and work on leveling up.  It was actually really sweet.  I used wonder trade and got two Tyrunt's, a Froakie and a Torchic.  I was going to try and trade them up for other starters or other Pokemon that would not be possible to start, but I was unable to search for them yet.  After running around for a while I started up some Super Training on my Sligoo, since I notice when battling with him that he was absorbing some attacks and it was raising its attack power.  After I finished doing a round of that and doing as much as I can with him I flew to the tree farm and started to pick all of my berries.  I showed the scientists some of the mutated berries and went to planting.  I made some Rich Mulch and some Boost Mulch and planted all of my berries that I had little of.

After all of this I flew to Lumiose City (North part) and ran to the Cafe.  I am now waiting outside of it and waiting to go inside to see what I can find out.

What will I find out tomorrow?  Make sure you come by to find out.

Day 19 of Borderlands 2 Loot Hunt

Um... Okay I do not remember this guy at all.  Today's target is Woundspike at Ardorton Station.  You will find him in Sir Hammerlock's DLC (which is probably why he does not seem familiar).  So I had to play on Normal Mode to take it out.  So I fast traveled to Ardorton Station and made my way towards the point where this thing awaits.  On the way I took out some Scillions, and some Savages just to build up my stacks.  Then I made it to this guy.  I think I remember when I first played this that I was wondering what in the hell it was cause I got freaked out.  I took it out with a few shots and started to take out the Borrocks.  I picked up my Twister and moved on.

Today's community goal is to take out 20K Torgue Thrashers.  This guy will have to be found in Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage.

Update:  Been back and forth with gearbox and once again they passed my request onto the engineers where they should fix it.  This time I did send a few more things including my email signed into shift, my stats page link what I was missing and my state.

Anistar City

So like all cities the most important thing is to try and find the Pokecenter first because you have to rest those very tired Pokemon of yours.  About ten stops into the city I get stopped very rudely.  She told me that there is a person here that knows about legendary Pokemon and she gave me some Repeat Balls.  Now I made it to the Pokecenter and gave my Pokemon a rest.  Over in his corner was Mr. Bonding with the Exp. Point Power, could be useful.  There is a hex maniac on the right side with the move Flamethrower for you.  If I come back tomorrow during a different time of day I will get another TM.  Looks like the guy on the right at the mart has TM's and the guy on the left hast the normal stuff.  The person in front of the center can read the memories of your Pokemon.  To the right of the clothing store is a hidden Super Repel.  In the house on the right I received the move Hidden Power.  I changed my look in the clothing store.  In the house just above here must be the expert on the Legendary Pokemon.  He talks about Yveltal, it spread its wings and made people and Pokemon fall before it left into an unknown location.  In the house right about here is a lonely old man who want one of your Pokemon level 5 or under, so I went back and gave him a Pikachu.  North of the Gym on the bridge is a hidden Pretty Wing.

Finally at the gym I run into Serena.  First up was Meowstic, so I tried extrasensory on it, but that was not very effective.  Next I tried Pound then I tried Water Pulse to take it out.  Second Pokemon up was Chesnaught so I sent out Blaziken and used Balze Kick.  Then we move onto Vaporean so I switched to Raichu and used Thunderbolt.  Third up was Absol so I brought Blaziken back out and used Sky Uppercut to finish the battle.  Nice she healed my Pokemon up after I beat her.

Now time for the Gym.  This one is a Psychic gym with Psychic type Pokemon.  Woh this gym is crazy.  After stepping on the rune on the floor the walls just disappeared and a path opened up forwards.  This is one giant sphere puzzle.  After running up, left and up I ran into Psychich Paschal with an Exeggutor.  Ok, I will use my Blaze Kick to take it out. Once I made it to the end there was a tile that was yellow, so I stepped onto this and was teleported to a green path where I must go right now.  I must go up to continue right and step into the next yellow tile.  Now I am on another blue path, walking towards the screen (which is a little bit more difficult) and walking down the left side I made it to another tile and another green path.  So this one is making it look like the spheres are getting smaller and smaller because I am now below the entrance of the Gym.  Stepping on the next tile brings me to another blue path.  Here I stayed all the way to the left and ran into Psychic Harry with Medicham.  I used my Sky Uppercut to be told it was not very effective (tell that to the near unconscious Medicahm).  I then took it out with Peck.  Now I made it to the bottom.  Left or right, which way to go?  Looks like left is a dead end, so I must go right to another tile.  Onto a very short green path onto another tile that leads to a magenta color we could say.  On this path I went up ran into Psychic Arthur with a Reuniclus.  Again my Sky Uppercut was not very effective (dang Psychic move just about take me out).  I used another one to take him out to move onto the tile.  Another green path, up north is nothing but Hex Maniac Arachna with a Jynx.  I used Flame Charge and bam she went down.  Back down and to the left we have Hex Maniac Melanie with a Gardevoir.  So I first used Flame Charge and then finished her off with Peck.  Stepping on the tile we make it to another magenta path.  Nothing to the right so going up we run into the Gym Leader.

Woh, she can float.  Well she is Gym Leader Olympia.  First Pokemon on the roaster was Sigilyph so I switched out to Raichu and used Thunderbolt to take her out.  I kept my Pikachu and once again used Thunderbolt to put her down.  Since it has been a while for my Linoone to see action I took him out.  I used Headbutt and took only about an eight of her HP.  So I next tried Rock Smash and did even worse.  Oh hey Reflect wore off so I tried Headbutt again and it worked much better this time.  One more time and dang, she used a Hyper Potion.  So I used Headbutt two more times to finish the battle or I would think if she didn't use another Hyper Potion.  Finally two more Headbutts and she went down.  Very nice I got the Psychic Badge, now Pokemon level 90 or below must obey me and I got the move Calm Mind.  After listening to her gibberish she finally transported me to the entrance.  Now what to do?

Oh hey it is Serena saying she will challenge me daily once I am completed, the neighborly thing to do.  And another Holoclip, this one is from Lysandre.  I knew it he is part of Team Flare.  They are going to revive the ultimate weapon to eliminate everyone who isn't in their group, and to return the world to a beautiful, natural state.  What a pretentious fool.  Now we must look for their lair.  Where should we start?  Maybe where we first met him in Lumiose city.  But wait, there are two members of Team Flare just to the right of the gym.  These two kind of reinforce where to go.  Lumiose City.

Before I end the day I must see what is on the other side of the bridge.  Woh, would you look at that.  Is that a giant stone?  How was this thing ever constructed?  Oh hey a hidden Sun Stone just to the right of it.  I don't get how this works as a Sun Dial.

Join me next time as I search in the dreaded Lumiose City for the cafe where I first met Lysandre.  What will I find there (after I finally find it), and what will become of Team Flare, or me?
Don't forget to follow, +1 and comment.

Day 18 of Borderlands 2 Loot Hunt

Well shoot I was really hoping to do this one on Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode.  Well anyways, today's target is McNally from The Dust.  So all I did was fast traveled to The Dust and jumped into a vehicle.  I then drove over there and ran him over, jumped out and gunned him down.  (Kind of sounds like a bad mafia movie.)  I then picked up the Lady Fist and did it again to get another Lady Fist, just in case the first one was not good enough.

Today's community goal is to take out two million Loaders.  Should not be too hard since there are a lot of them in Ore Chasm, Friendship Goulag, and Opportunity just to name a few.

So no news on my Knuckledragger kill.  I am going to email them once again.  For the fourth time and see if this can get settled.

Braving The Storm on Route 17

Oh man would you look at Route 17.  This area is just a huge massive blizzard area isn't it?  So this is where that Mamoswine went that was by Frost Cavern?  Since there is a huge wall of snow and giant boulders blocking the path I had to jump onto this beast.  I bet my guy has to be freezing cold with no jacket or gloves on.  Oh, look like a wild Pokemon encounter in the deep snow.  We have a Delibird and I caught it.  You know the way the end of its tail is shaped that made me think it was a bag with stuff in it this whole time.

The first place I went was straight down.  I plowed my way through the big boulders and went of foot down a little path the the left to find and item ball with Calcium.  Oh hey, it is a Sneasel, dang it fainted.  Alright another one right away, and I caught it this time.  Then I went back up and right through those boulders.  On the left side I found a hidden Timer Ball, and an item ball with an Icicle Plate.  To the right is Sky Trainer Anila.  First up was Rotom (oh no a Flying-Electric type), I used Fly and just about took it out, then I used Steel Wing to finish the job.  Next up was Butterfree, on her I used Peck to finish the battle.  I looked it up while I was fighting for Rotom, the only place to find it is in the lost hotel in the garbage cans on Tuesday only.  Back on the Mamoswine I went back down and to the right.  The only way to go now is down.  Oh hey, a Snover and I caught it.  That was kind of a short ride.  After breaking through tree boulders on the bottom it is time to jump off and continue on foot.

This was by far the shortest blizzard area I have ever been too.  I remember Pearl and that place was not fun (because Hail is murder).  Oh hey a holo clip was received from Serena.  Something about her wanting to take me on in front of Anistar City's Gym.  Just above the tunnel I found a hidden Paralyze Heal and an item ball with a Rare Candy in it.

That was a short little jog (I was expecting a lot more).  If there are any Pokemon in there area that I missed let me know.
Join me next time as I enter Anistar City and I take on Serena (and win of course).  What else with the city have in store for me?  Maybe some cooler cloths, or some free items?  I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Don't forget to +1, and comment.

Day 17 of Borderlands 2 Loot Hunt

You have got to be kidding me.  This day's target is Donkey Mong in Eridium Blight (this is a good way to get that achievement if for some reason you have yet to get it).  It took me forever for this guy to show up for the first and only time that I took him out.  Hopefully for this his spawn is way more common.  You know already that I will be playing this on True Vault Hunter Mode.  Today's reward is a launcher called the Hive.

Starting up I fast traveled to Eridium Blight.  Then I ran off to where it is saying he is.  The turret started to fire at me so I took it out and was welcomed by some loaders.  I took them out so I could build up my stacks so it would be easier to take out this target.  After I made it through the gateway and was attacked by Bullymongs.  So I took them out to build my stacks up even further.  I finally made my way to where Donkey Mong should be and the bastard was not there.  So I went into Ore Chasm and took out a wave then saved and quit and went back out.  Guy was still not there.  So I saved and quit once more and this time here was finally there.  It took only three times.  This guy went down kind of quick for me, didn't even used a full clip.  He dropped his Hive and this weapon is just weird.  I fired a round when the Rakk's were attacking me and I just had no clue what was happening.  Things were just exploding as they were coming at me.

Today's community goal is to take out 25000 Badass Savages.  In order to do this one you will need to play in the Sir Hammerlock DLC to find this guy.

I was going to try and find current winners from week one and week two, but it looks like all winners will be announce after this is all done.  And I still have not gotten credit for Knuckledragger.

My Time on Route 16

So to get to Route 16 you have to go south from Route 15 and use Strength to move a huge boulder out of the way.  I went into the building with the very tall grass and ran into a Pumkaboo and accidentally took it down.  On the roof of this building is a hidden Max Revive.  I ran into another Pumkaboo and dang, took it down again.  Looks like you can enter the South area of the Lost Hotel from here.  Behind the second cracked wall is an item ball with Dread Plate in it.  Then I ran into Punk Guy Slater with a Dunsparce, I used Peck then Steel Wing and finally Peck again.  At the end of the hall I got the move Fling.  I then went up and ran into Punk Guy Jacques with a Skuntank.  I used Fly to take him out.  Next up was Crawdaunt so I switched to Raichu and used Thunderbolt to finish this guy.  To the left was Punk Girl Cecile with two Liepards.  I used Fly on each to take them out.  Behind the cracked wall on the right was an item ball with Protector in it.  That was all that was in here, now to go back out to Route 16.  I ran into another Pumkaboo and caught it with a Quick Ball.  Just south of this building is Sky Trainer Clara with Emolga.  I used Flame Charge to take it out.  Out next was Swellow, another Flame Charge and another Pokemon down.

I then Ran through the tall grass and used Cut to move into the top field.  Up here I ran into a Phantump and caught it.  On the top is an item ball with a Rare Candy in it.  I then ran south and ran into Roller Skater Jet with a Delcatty.  So I switched to Blaziken and used Sky Uppercut.  Next up was Swanna so I switched to Raichu and used Thunderbolt to finish the fight.  Right after her was Roller Skater Olle with a Manectric, I just Used Fly and took him out.  Heading left now I ran into Pokemon Ranger Lee with Crawdaunt.  I used Peck two time to take him out.  Next up was Sandslash, so I sent out Greninja and used Water Pulse to finish the fight.  I walked the border of the grass down to the right and ran into Hex Maniac Osanna with a Pumpkaboo.  So I just used Peck to take her out.  Over there I found a Lum Berry and a hidden Big Mushroom.  Going around I ran into Pokemon Ranger Bjorn with a Sliggoo, so I used fly and took him out.  Then I made my way to some stairs and went down to be challenged by Mysterious Sisters Achlys and Eos with a Alakazam and Gardevoir.  So then I used Peck on Alakazam and Surf on both (oops took out my own Talonflame, idiot).  So Alakazam went down and then I sent out Blaziken to finish the fight.  I had Greninja use Pound and that did it.  I then used Strength to be able to move North.

Looks like in the area to the North I need a move to go up the Waterfall, so I can't go that way.  On the way to the left I then ran into Fairy Tale Girl Alice with Klefki.  I used Steel Wing and then Peck to take her out.  Next up was Mawhile and I used Flame Charge to finish the fight.  Now going all the way south there is a boulder to move and an item ball with Fist Plate inside.  Next to that is a hidden Rare Candy.  Then I made my way into the Fish Shack, in here I got the Super Rod, what a deal.  Then I went out onto the docks and bypassed all the fishers to finder an item ball with a Dive Ball in it.  On the way back across first up was Fisherman Finn with two Basculin's.  I used Peck on each one to take them out.  Next up was Fisherman Wade with Poliwhirl.  I had to use Peck two times to take him out.  Next up was another Poliwhirl, then I switched to Raichu and used Thunderbolt to finish the fight.  Then I met Fisherman Seward with a Whiscash.  I used Quick Attack a few times to finally take him out.  Right to the left of him was a hidden Repel.  I then cast the line with the Super Rod and caught a Basculin, I already have one of those with the Good Rod, what the heck.  Before I flew back to the town I figured I would head up to an area I was sure I did not travel yet (on top close to the water fall).  There I was challenged by Sky Trainer Gavin with a Chimecho, I used Steel Wing then Peck to take him out.  Next up was Vibrava, since Talonflame was asleep Vibrava was able to used Rock Slide and take me out.  What a Jerk.

Next up is Route 17.  Join me next time as I travel this perilous route.  What shall I encounter?

My Want List 5

It has been a while since I have done one of these.
Today is going to be about a game that was supposed to be released this November, but has now been pushed to next Spring.  Unlike some people I am quite alright with this because it will give me time to play other games until then.  If you do not know which game I am talking about by my little hint (and the picture), I am talking about Watch Dogs.

Now you may ask why would I be interested in this game (which is probably why you are reading this post)?  I want this game for one simple reason, it is awesome.  You play as Aiden Pearce, a character who is able to hack into anything.  You have a mobile device that you bring with you and can connect to any other electrical device (since everything is connected).  By doing this you have different options for moving forward.

Let's say you need to take down a target in order to move forward.  You could go in guns blazing and become even more wanted than before and try to get away, or you can go and do it discreetly.  It is possible for you to hack into people phones while they are using them to hear their conversations.  From these conversations you could hear something that may help you take down the target in a different way.

I think online will be cool too since it is seamlessly connected with other people.  Someone will start to hack into your character and you have to take them out before they finish (at least this is the only online I have heard of).  This adds a huge wall into the game when you are playing.  You may be just about to finish something and then you start getting hacked and you have to just drop what you are doing and get the hacker.

I have a feeling that this could be a game that feels like GTA, and Assassins creed.  Only time will tell (since it does not come out till spring).  I am kind of glad that they are going to make sure this game is perfect when it releases.  I will most likely be getting this on the Wii U, since I will not be getting  PS4 until probably the next model comes out (and Wii U is supposed to be some where in between the consoles).

And this is why I want it.

Day 16 of Borderlands 2 Loot Hunt

It is now day 16 of the sweepstakes and today's target is Arizona in the Hunter's Grotto.  You will need Sir Hammerlocks DLC in order to hunt this beast down.  Since I did not play this one on anything but normal I had to play it on normal.  So I fast traveled to Hunter's Grotto (not the lodge since that would be a longer walk) and jumped off the cliff and went through the cave.  I followed the left side of the cliff and was greeted with very little resistance  on the way towards the elevator.  Since the elevator was down I just jumped (probably quicker than taking the elevator anyways.  I then ran into the cavern and was met by this beast rising out of the orange lake.  It took a few shots to take him down, but eventually he did.  I picked up the Landscaper and continued on.

This day's community goal is to take out one million Stalkers.  Just too bad this one wasn't yesterday since yesterdays target was a Stalker and in Stalker territory.  Well, time to start killing.  Just go to The Highlands and start destroying them.

Running Around in Frost Cavern

I ran into the Pokecenter and rested up my Pokemon.  Bought some things at the Mart and got a Sitrus Berry and Mr. Bonding was here with Accuracy Power.  I then used a couple of Rare Candies to raise Goomy up to level 40 and have him evolve into Sliggoo.  Just outside of the Pokecenter is a Hex Maniac selling Moomoo Milk for 500 each.  There was also a Heal Ball hidden right in front of the Pokecenter.  Down south is the tunnel leading to Route 17.  I probably don't want to go that way yet.

So I worked my way around into that field and found an item ball with a Big Root and also a hidden Nugget just to the left of that.  That is not fair, that other person is able to fish of the bridge, but I can't.  In the house North of the field is a Move Deleter and a Move Reminder.  So you can get rid of moves and have them remember a different one as long as you have a Heart Scale.  Now outside going up the steps you are lead into some interesting architecture.  In the house up the right side is a man who will give you something if you have 70 or more Pokemon in your Mountain Region Pokedex.  Going left there was a hidden X Speed to the left of the house over there.  In the house on the south side of this area I got the move Facade from a kid that wears shorts regardless of the temp.

Going North we make our way to Frost Cavern.  Hiker Ross wants us to warm our bodies with some rigorous battling (don't think he needs to worry about warming up).  So first up was Vibrava.  I used Peck and then he was buffeted by the hail and fainted.  I then went over by the waterfall and used surf.  There was nothing hidden on the other side.  On the way back I ran into a Poliwhirl.  On the right side after crossing the bridge there was a Mamoswine acting very strangely.  Maybe something is wrong in the Frost Cavern.  I headed off to the right and was challenged to a Sky Battle with Sky Trainer Era and a Cryogona.  That is one strange looking Pokemon (even though there are more strange ones).  I took it out with a Flame Charge, so sad it was her first battle.  Heading to the left is Artist Slavador with Smeargle.  I used Peck and then Tackle to take him out.  Just North of him was a hidden X Sp. Def.  I wonder if I will be getting a move so I can travel on waterfalls shortly, since it looks like there is an item ball lower down and it looks like a waterfall is the only way down there.

I think my Dowsing Machine is on the fritz.  Before entering the Cavern it was picking something up to the left of the entrance would would not find it since I was ended by a short wall and the cliff.  Now I am in the Cavern (maybe it was picking up the hidden Ice Heal inside to the left).  Oh hey, a wild Jynx and it is all mine now.  Is it me or did Jynx become uglier?  In the main area was Ace Trainer Cordelia with Doublade.  I tried out Peck to no avail and then Flame Charge which worked much better.  One more Flame Charge and a Tackle and she was out.  Oh no, ice paths.  Heading up I ran into a Piloswine and caught it.  To the left is a hidden Dusk Ball and Ace Trainer Neil.  First up was Raichu so then I used fly in hopes he would not have Thunder and took him out.  Next up was Golduck so I switch out to Raichu and used Thunderbolt and took him out.  Last up was Marowak so I switched to Greninja and used Water Pulse to finish the fight.  Then I ran into a wild Beartic, after wasting two Ultra Balls and a Dusk Ball I finally caught it with a Timer Ball.

Since there were two sets of stairs to move on I decided to go with the right set.  Oh nice a wonderful ice sliding maze thing.  So I slid all the way across and found a hidden Ice Heal.  Once all the way right I slid down, right, down, left then up.  Here I had some snow to figure out where to go next.  I went around to the bottom and slide left to run into Hiker Delmon (looks just like Hiker Ross, I wonder if they are related).  First up was Relicanth, I switched to Raichu and used Thunderbolt to take him out.  Up next was Rhydon,  so I switched to Greninja and used Water Pulse to finish this.  I then went to the right portion of this island and slid up to find an item ball with Ice Heal.  Back on the little island I went to the left area, slid down then left to make it to a new area.  Here I took the North route first and once back on solid ground I ran into a horde of Cubchoo and managed to catch one.  Then I ran into Black Belt Alonzo with a Scrafty.  So I switched out to Greninja and took him out with Water Pulse.  Up next was Throh so I used Peck again him two times to take him out.  I then slid south and ran into Battle Girl Kinsey with Sawk.  I used the move Fly and took him out.  Next up was Mienshao, I used Peck then was taken out with Rock Slide.  So I switched to Raichu and used Quick Attack to finish the battle.  I then slid up the little bit for the two-on-two battle I missed with Brains and Brawn Eoin and Wolf with Hariyama and Grumpig.  I used Fly on Hariyama and Surf on both of them.  I took out Hariyama once Fly was done, and then used Pound to finish up with Grumpig.  Another ice path, yay.  I slid down in the left area and found a hidden Pearl.  Then I went left, slid down, right, down, walked left, slid up, the right to get an item ball with a Max Repel

After going down the stairs I found an item ball with a Hyper Potion.  Sweet, I got a nice little nap here.  Heading up towards the stairs I ran into Hiker Alain who clearly did not dress appropriately if he can't feel his toes.  First up was Graveler, so I switched to Greninja and used Water Pulse.  Next up was another Graveler, so again I used Water Pulse.  Last up was Carbink, so I used Water Pulse then finished with Pound.  I made my way up the stairs just behind him and found a hidden Super Potion.  I then made my way up the next set.

Ok, another ice maze puzzle.  First I went right, up, left and found an item ball with an Ether in it.  Then I had to go back right, down, left and down.  Then one in the entrance area I went up and ran into Black Belt Kenji with a Gurdurr.  I used Fly on this fool and took him out.  I then went right and ran into Hiker Brent with a Probopass.  I switched to Greninja and used Water Pulse two time to take him out.  I then went back to where the Black Belt was and went to the left area, I then went down, right, down, left then down to be challenged by Battle Girl Gabrielle with a Medicham.  I used Fly to take her out.  To the right and South I found an Item Ball with Zinc in it.  Now I made my way down another set of stairs and I see a yellow item ball.  This is the first time I know you could slide diagonally, found that out on accident.  So I made my way into the bottom right corner than slide diagonally up then straight down to get Frost Breath.  After a bit of slip and slidding I made my way back to the Black Belt and started to go North, here I ran into a Haunter and almost caught it with a Quick Ball, but then made it faint with Peck.

What is this?  Team Flare is in here, no wonder things were seeming odd to the Mamoswine.  What do they want with an Abomasnow?  Something to do with its potent energy because it is powerful.  Then I was challenged by a Grunt with Golbat up first.  So I switched to Raichu and used Thunderbolt.  So I switched to Blaziken and used Sky Uppercut to finish this little battle.  Before moving onto the next battle I found a hidden PP Up to the right.  Then I challenged Team Flare Mable with Houndoom.  Of course I Just switched to Greninja and used Water Pulse to take her out.  After that they just left.  I talked to Abomasnow and it gave me Abomasite.  What good is that if I can't have him?  Looks like I will have to find a Snover somewhere.  Before I leave I must see what was up those stairs that I did not go up.  A hidden Dire Hit was there.  Say, what happened to that lady with the Mamoswine?

Now that I am all done here where shall I go.  Should I see what I can find on Route 16, or take Route 17 to Anistar City.  Or both if time allows.

Find out next time as I travel the world of Kalos.

Route 15 And Its Surprises

Now I am head West towards Dendemille Town on Route 15.  This route looks gorgeus with the leaves strewn about like that.  First thing I did was head south and out of the leaves (some how) popped up Pokemon Ranger Silas, kind of spooked me.  First up was Quagsire, so I used Thunderbolt on her, but it didn't work so I switched to Blaziken and used Double Kick foolow up with Cut.  Next up was Beartic and I did Blaze Kick and took him out.  After him is a pile of leaves with an item ball hidden in them containing Revive.  On my way back up I ran into a horde of Murkrow, I just used Discharge cause there would have been no way of me catching one.  Then I ran into a wild Foongus and caught it.  To the right is a Leppa Berry tree and a hidden Antidote just to the left of the tree.  Only way to go is south, oh man it's Pokemon Ranger Dean hiding in the leaves.  First up was Watchog, I used Thunderbolt on him and then out cam Swoobat.  On this fool I used Discharge and then made Seadra come out.  Used Thunderbolt to finish the battle.  Oh hey a wild Watchog now, and guess what, I caught it.  I went back left to be challenged by Hex Maniac Luna with her Chimecho.  I used Quick Attack then switched to Blaziken cause Raichu just about died from Psywave.  I then used Double kick and took her out.  Oh hey a wild Skorupi and I caught it.  Oh man, now a horde of Klefki, hey I was able to catch one.  Dang, back to the right is Pokemon Ranger Keith with a Gabite.  I switched to Blaziken and used Double Kick, then Cut to take him out.  Just south of him is Pokemon Ranger Pedro with a Vileplume.  I switched to Talonflame and used Flame Charge, then Peck to take him out.  Right behind him is a hidden item ball with Dire hit.

Instead of crossing the bridge I used surf and headed North.  I ran into a Lombre and caught it.  On little land to the left is an item ball with PP Up.  I used the Good Rod and caught a Basculin.  On left side of stream is a hidden Tiny Mushroom.  Oh hey, I remember Floatzel, Let me try to catch it, look at that I did.  Back down and over the bridge.  First I cut down south through the grass and went a far way left for an item ball with Full Heal in it.  Back to the bridge, just to the left is a cracked wall with a Protein behind it.  Then I ran into Mysterious Sisters Rune & Rime with Drifblim and Floette.  I was about to use Discharge, but noticed it would have hit my Greninja so I did no.  Instead I used Thunderbolt on Drifblim and Extrasensory on Floette.  Driflblim went down and Floette was only able to take one more Thunderbolt.  Once I crossed the second bridge I receive a holo clip from Lysandre talking about Mega Evolution a little more.  I used Surf to head south and found a hidden Pretty Wing.  Back up just to the right of the sign is a cracked wall, behind it is Macho Brace.  Oh man a wild Liepard (for some reason its first reminds me of the outfit Jim Carrey wore in that Batman movie) and I caught it.  Down south is Fairy Tale Girl Mahalyn with Dedenne.  I used Quick Attack, then she switched her out for Aromatisse.  I used Thunder and took her out.  Back again with Dedenne, finished it with two more Quick Attacks.  Then I went right and cut back up to venture into that rubble of a building, but first I was challenged by Hex Maniac Carrie with Litwick.  I used Thunderbolt on it and made Duosion come out.  One more Thunderbolt to finish the battle.  On the roof is a hidden X Defense.  There is another hidden item up there there I cannot find.

Going down the stairs I made my way into the Lost Hotel.  First guy called me a punk when he was Puck Guy Sid.  First up was Scrafty, I switched to Greninja and used Water Pulse two times.  Next up was Pawnaird so I switched to Blaziken and used Sky Uppercut.  Last was Sharpedo so I switched back to Raichu and used Thunderbolt to finish the battle.  Straight down is Punk Girl Jeanne with Seviper up first.  I switched to Talonflame and used Peck three times.  Next up was Arbok, again I used Peck, but it doesn't work well, then I tried Flame Charge and finished her off with Peck.  Behind her was an item ball with a Smoke Ball in it.  Back in the middle was a hall to the left, so I went down that way and ran into Punk Couple Zoya and Asa with Pangaroo and Garbodor.  I tried Flame Charge on Garbodor and Extrasensory on Pangaroo.  Extrasensory does not work, so I switched out Greninja with Blaziken and took out Garbodor with another Flame Charge.  I then used another Flame Charge of Pangaroo and a Sky Uppercut to take him out.  To the left is a Dusk Ball in the garbage can and just above that is the boss of the Punk kids (they evidently like my style).  The Boss taught me the cosmic flip trick for skating.  Woh, a wild Klefki (surprised me).  To the right of here is a cracked wall with Snarl behind it and just to the right of that area is a Twisted Spoon.  Oh my goodness, and Electrode just appeared, dang I should have tried a Quick Ball before it Self Destructed itself.  Now a Pawniard showed up and I caught it.  Now a Magneton and I caught it.  Alright another Electrode, I threw a Quick Ball and caught it.

I have now made it to Dendemille Town (that item alluded me, must figure out how to make it onto the cliff ledge).  I walked a few steps and was welcomed by snow, and the Professor and Dexio.  He talked a little bit about the legendary Pokemon Yvetal.
